Head Energy Denmark Consulting A/S is an independent consulting company that provides specialists for the offshore wind industry. Our clients include some of the world’s leading companies within the industry, including manufacturers, offshore windfarm developers and operators, vessel owners etc.

We are experiencing a significant increase in activity among our clients and to further strengthen our team, we are looking for a strong Team Manager to join our team in Esbjerg.

The role

As our new Team Manager, you will:

  • be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with clients, securing a strong market position.
  • explore new projects and identify new markets in close cooperation with professional colleagues.
  • identify and secure new clients.
  • be responsible for budgeting and sales planning within your client portfolio.
  • find and allocate the right resources to each project matching the client’s needs.

About you

To become successful in the role, you have a broad knowledge of the offshore wind industry making you capable of having a professional dialogue with our clients, understanding their needs and supporting and developing their business.

Preferably, you have documented sales experience from the B-t-B market within the offshore wind industry, and maybe even some experience within recruitment. 

You naturally build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, and you have the strategic and commercial skills and mindset to develop our business.

You have good IT-skills, and you are fluent in Danish and English, and have the ability to work across functions and disciplines.

As a person you are sociable, a team player and have a flexible mindset. You are motivated by driving strong sales growth and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
